What Will You Learn in Our MFCA-T Certification?

You most likely already understand the federal hiring process and what constitutes an excellent federal resume. Through this course, you will learn how to convey such information to your students, including classroom exercises, points of emphasis, technology and resources.

You will also discover how to instruct your students on critical areas of knowledge that all MFCA-certified candidates need to know, such as:

  • Understanding the current federal job landscape.
  • Determining a job seeker’s qualifications.
  • What job seekers need to know about federal resumes.
  • Coaching job seekers on their narrative statements and questionnaires.
  • Offering job seekers the support and resources they need.

Our course is online, so students can go at their own pace. The flexibility of the certification allows you to study on your own time. You may find your schedule suited to early morning learning, or you may prefer to work after your family goes to bed. When you finish the course, you will be ready to train others in the Roadmap to Federal Jobs approach in a classroom setting.
