Barbara Adams has led CareerPro Global, Inc. (CPG) since 1989, and is recognized as one of the pioneers in the careers services industry. Barbara has built CPG into one of the largest and fastest-growing career services organizations industry-wide. Barbara is committed to CPG’s core factors that include quality product, exceptional customer service, and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals. Lee is a member of CPG’s senior writing team, and holds the Master Federal Career Advisor/Trainer (MFCA/T), Master Military Resume Writer (MMRW), and Master Federal Resume Writer credentials. He is also our Director of Training and Veterans Transitions and maintains the blog Veterans Transition HQ (www.veteranstransitionhq.wordpress.com).

Lee is a highly versatile writer with nine years of professional experience, and he has collaborated with a diverse range of people. He understands military and government service extremely well, since he worked his way from Private to Captain during his 14 years in the Army. He spent six of those years as a Commissioned Officer, including a year in Ramadi, Iraq as a Signal Officer (2005-2006).

He was awarded a Bronze Star for exemplary service in Iraq, and upon returning home he was assigned as Company Commander of 250 soldiers.
